Processing time
Orders placed on business days are usually packed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain outer box. The shipping label shows our business name only, with no product names or branding.
Age verification
You must be 21 or older to order. We verify your age at checkout, and the carrier may require an adult signature or ID on delivery.
States we cannot ship to
Hemp-derived THC is restricted or banned in some states, and the list changes often. Our checkout checks your shipping address automatically and will not accept an order we cannot legally deliver.
Federal rules are changing. Congress has updated the federal definition of hemp, with the change scheduled to take effect in late 2026. It may affect which products we can sell and ship. We will update this page and our catalog as the rules take effect.
It is your responsibility to know the laws where you live. If you are unsure, check with your state before ordering.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrived damaged, email support@urbgummiesstore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible.
