Choosing the right dose is the most important part of enjoying URB gummies. URB makes gummies from 2.5mg up to 300mg of cannabinoids per piece, so the “right” amount depends on your experience, your body and the blend you pick. This URB gummies dosage guide explains how to start low, how to read the mg numbers on the label and which URB gummy fits each experience level.
Quick answer: if you are new to THC, start with 2.5mg to 5mg of Delta 9 and wait at least two hours before taking more. Regular users often settle between 10mg and 15mg of Delta 9. High-potency URB blends (100mg+ per gummy, mostly Delta 8) are for experienced users only and can be split into smaller pieces.
How to read the mg on an URB gummies label
Every URB pack lists two numbers: the cannabinoids per gummy and the total per pack. The per-gummy number is the one that matters for dosing. A 3,500mg jar sounds strong, but if each gummy is 100mg, one gummy is still 100mg.
Also look at which cannabinoids make up that number. Delta 8 is generally described as roughly half as potent as Delta 9, so a 100mg gummy that is 90mg Delta 8 and 10mg Delta 9 does not feel like 100mg of Delta 9. THCP, found in some URB blends, is reported to be much stronger per milligram, which is why it appears in small amounts. Our Delta 8 vs Delta 9 guide covers the difference in more detail.

Start low and go slow
- Start with half. If you are unsure, cut a gummy in half or in quarters. It is easy to take more later and impossible to take less.
- Wait at least 2 hours. Edibles are processed by your liver, so they take 30 minutes to 2 hours to kick in. Read how long THC gummies take to kick in before you take a second one.
- Eat first. A light meal can make effects smoother and more predictable.
- Keep the same dose for a few sessions before moving up, and change only one thing at a time (dose or product, not both).
- Do not mix with alcohol and never drive or operate machinery after taking THC.
Try a sampler before buying a full pack
If you are not sure which strength suits you, URB sampler packs let you test a blend for a few dollars. The Jamaica sampler is two 10mg Delta 9 gummies, and the Barbados sampler is two 100mg Delta 8/9 gummies for experienced users. You can see all small packs in our URB gummies sampler packs category. Once you know your dose, the Delta 9 edible bundle and our other URB bundles are the better-value way to stock up.
What to do if you take too much
Taking too much THC is uncomfortable but usually passes in a few hours. Stay somewhere calm and safe, drink water, eat a snack and try to rest. Some people find a CBD product helps them feel more settled. If symptoms are severe, contact a medical professional or call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Always check the COA
The dose only means something if the label is accurate. Every URB product we sell links to a third-party certificate of analysis. Learn how to read a COA and browse all batches on our lab reports page.
URB gummies dosage FAQ
How many URB gummies should I eat?
Most people should start with one low-dose gummy or less. With high-potency URB gummies (100mg and up), one gummy is already a large dose and many users cut them into pieces.
Is 10mg of Delta 9 a lot?
10mg is a common standard dose for people who have used THC before. If you are new, 2.5mg to 5mg is a gentler starting point.
Which URB gummy is best for beginners?
Low-dose blends like Mile High Skybites and Boarding Skybites are the easiest place to start. For more options, read our complete guide to URB gummies or our URB Delta 9 gummies review.
